Integrated visual notifications in your Sage ERP Accpac screen, NotesAlert helps to take the trouble out of remembering specific customer, vendor and item comments, instructions or information.
Like having a pop up post it note, NotesAlert will pop up for Purchase Order and Order Entry, based on AR Customers, AP Vendors, or IC Items, letting you know if that item may have a special, or if that customer has special information that you need to know about.
With the ability to expire notes, you can have the notes pop up for a certain time frame, letting your sales force know that that customer may get a better deal if acting now, helping to increase your sales.
